Return Policy

Because all DTF transfers are made to order, DEER DTF does not provide refunds or exchanges for DTF transfer purchases unless the product is proven to be defective or incorrect.


Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, we will replace it at no additional cost—including shipping—under the following conditions:

- The claim must be submitted by the original buyer within 7 days of delivery.

- Clear photos or video proof must be provided showing the issue (defect, damage, or wrong item).

Claims submitted after 7 days or by a third party (such as your customer or reseller) will not be approved.


Limitation of Liability

DEER DTF is not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, loss of reputation, or any issues arising from the use or inability to use our products.

Our total liability is limited strictly to the value of the original order placed directly with DEER DTF.
We do not accept responsibility for damages, claims, or costs coming from third parties, end users, resellers, or any downstream use of the products.

All products are custom-produced, and successful application depends on your equipment, materials, and pressing methods.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure correct press settings, garment compatibility, and proper care instructions.
DEER DTF cannot guarantee results if products are used outside our recommended guidelines.
